Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, Sichuan peppercorns, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
