Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Form the mixture into small oval shapes.
  4. Grill the kofta for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
  6. Serve kofta hot with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
