Chicken kofta served with a creamy garlic yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into small oval shapes.
- Grill the kofta for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Serve kofta hot with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with pita or rice.
- Store leftover kofta in the refrigerator.
