Ingredients

  • 200g breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Flatten chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
  3. Place garlic butter in the center of each chicken breast.
  4. Fold the chicken over the butter and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Dredge each chicken piece in flour.
  7. Dip in beaten eggs.
  8. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  9. Place in a baking dish.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
