Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In another bowl, combine avocado, corn, red onion, lime juice, and mix well.
- Place the cooked chicken patties on buns and top with avocado corn salsa.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
