Description
A flavorful dish featuring marinated chicken in a spicy gochujang sauce served over rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic.
- Add sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make spicy mayo.
- Serve cooked chicken over rice with mixed vegetables.
- Drizzle spicy mayo on top and garnish with green onion.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Use leftover chicken for a quick meal.
- Serve with additional vegetables as desired.
