Description

A flavorful dish featuring marinated chicken in a spicy gochujang sauce served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make spicy mayo.
  5. Serve cooked chicken over rice with mixed vegetables.
  6. Drizzle spicy mayo on top and garnish with green onion.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Use leftover chicken for a quick meal.
  • Serve with additional vegetables as desired.
