Chicken and Green Bean Stir Fry: 25 Minutes to Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken slices, cook until browned.
  4. Add green beans, stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
