Ingredients

- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
