Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Add cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
