A delicious chicken dish inspired by The Cheesecake Factory’s popular recipe, featuring tender chicken in a creamy Riesling sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Riesling wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
  4. Pour in Riesling wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
