A delicious chicken dish inspired by The Cheesecake Factory’s popular recipe, featuring tender chicken in a creamy Riesling sauce.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Riesling wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
- Pour in Riesling wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or pasta for a complete meal.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
