- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 20 eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in cheese, pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Serve with additional dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard.
