Ingredients

- 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup fish fillets, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 batch cheddar bay biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir to form a roux.
- Slowly whisk in seafood stock and cream until smooth.
- Add shrimp, crab, fish, and mixed vegetables. Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar bay biscuit dough, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
