Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Stir in grits and reduce heat. Cook until thickened.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and green onions. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  6. Stir in crab meat, heavy cream, and chicken broth.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Serve shrimp mixture over grits.
