Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add sliced onions.
- Cook onions until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form beef into patties and grill or pan-fry until cooked to your liking.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and caramelized onions to make the aioli.
- Assemble bowls with mixed greens, beef patties, cherry tomatoes, cheese, and pickles.
- Drizzle with caramelized onion aioli before serving.
