Description

A rich and creamy brownie cheesecake that combines the best of both desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  8. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
  9. Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer.
  10. Top with remaining brownie batter.
  11. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
  12. Cool completely before slicing.
