Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
  4. Spread half of the boursin cheese over the potatoes.
  5. Pour half of the heavy cream over the cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, boursin cheese, and cream.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden.
