- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add onions, cooking until softened.
- Mix in Thousand Island dressing.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Layer beef mixture, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and additional dressing on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
