Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- While sweet potatoes roast, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add BBQ sauce to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Steam broccoli until tender.
- Assemble bowls with sweet potatoes, sliced chicken, and broccoli.
