- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1 cup brie cheese, rind removed and diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, brie cheese, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the apple and brie mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour chicken broth around it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

- Adjust the amount of apple and brie according to your taste.
