A creamy and cheesy alfredo chicken lasagna.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the chicken mixture, half of the ricotta cheese, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of noodles and alfredo sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include spinach or mushrooms.
- Make sure to grease the baking dish to prevent sticking.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
