Description

A creamy and cheesy alfredo chicken lasagna.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Add half of the chicken mixture, half of the ricotta cheese, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of noodles and alfredo sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include spinach or mushrooms.
  • Make sure to grease the baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • This dish can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
